Understanding what households, industry and government want from their gas supply network is crucial, so we invest the time to speak with our customers to fully understand what they need now, and in the future.

Voice of Customer

In developing our 2020-24 Plan, ATCO undertook extensive consultation with natural gas customers through our Voice of Customer program.

Customer and industry feedback was taken into account in our 2020-24 Plan that is now with the ERA for review.

95% approval

In developing our 2020-24 Plan, we consulted extensively with individuals and industry representatives about our proposed plan of works over the next five years.

We received positive feedback about our plans which had a 95% approval rating from those who took part.

While we await feedback from the ERA on our plan, we continue to work hard for the community of Western Australia and are proud to operate one of the most efficient networks in the country.
